Great service and clean, colorful rooms. Wi-fi was reliable but shower pressure was low.

it's a nice, chick boutique hotel with a great location, staff was amazing, coffee and tea facilities in the room, central heating which we found very useful since it was quite cold
the room we had in the first night was really small, but the staff was nice enough to give us another room for the rest of our stay, which was quite nice and bigger.

I really enjoyed the room, fabulous meals etc.
The hotel was luxurious with pleasant views and a wonderful location very close to all tourist spots. Comforts of double room were fabulous - central heating, an electronic key card, and satellite television. Location: the property was very close to the Bosphorus on the other and the liquor store.

The hotelle's staff was very kind and very helpful. We felt like home.
I didn't like the terrace for breakfast and the breakfast's menu too. I would like more variety.

The rooftop terrace offers fine views. Rooms are decorated with colorful art that adds a quirky touch.
Many rooms are notably small, which can feel cramped if you've got a lot of luggage. Noise disturbances from outside and other guests can disrupt your peace, particularly at odd hours. Drainage issues in the shower and inconsistent hot water can be bothersome, and limited space for toiletries in the bathroom might leave you scrambling for your essentials.

The location is excellent for sightseeing,it's located 5 minutes' walk from Blue Mosque and other Hagia Sophia.Though for the first time you may have a problem with finding the hotel. But all the place is full with other hotels and you can always ask directions.the staff is very helpful, even helped me to carry my baggage. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary stuff.Breakfast is not very special but I was ok with that as Turkey is full with nice and cheap places to eat.
This is not a five star hotel so you can find some broken wardrobe handles. But these are not such big things, all the necessary things work perfectly.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfasts, while simple, were always freshly prepared and satisfying.
The cleaning lady was pretty stingy with toilet paper. We had to ask the front desk for more several times.

The personnel were very friendly and assisted us when we went away for a night by keeping our excess luggage save.
The breakfast area need some upgrading and attention. The entrance area outside had an awfull green carpet/grassy floor covering - the hotel can do without that, as it gives a poor first impression.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel was very close to the tourist attractions, quiet street in a nice neighbourhood, breakfast was ok (on the rooftop terrace overlooking the blue mosque)
Our room had a bit of a funny smell (sewer) when we entered, we couldn't find the airco control panel but after we got a new one and the airco worked, the smell disappeared. Room was a lot smaller than seen on the pictures, bathroom was quite clean but some traces of dirt in the shower. Electricity went on and off, everything seemed to be a bit old and to be renovated.
